By using this website and engaging with Sports Care Pro Ltd for services—including equipment repairs, maintenance, safety inspections, custom installations, and supply of products—you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Services & Products

We offer equipment repair and maintenance, safety audits, custom works, floor resurfacing, and supply of sport, gym, or recreation equipment. All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. 

 

3. Ordering & Payments

Orders for services or products are made by contacting us directly via email or phone. Payment is due at the time of booking or confirmation. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and approved online platforms.

4. Scheduling & Delivery

Service and delivery timeframes vary depending on availability, equipment complexity, and location. Sports Care Pro provides nationwide service coverage across New Zealand. We're not liable for delivery or scheduling delays outside our control.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Repair & Maintenance Services: If you're not fully satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a re-repair or full refund.

  • Products: Unused items in original packaging may be refunded within 14 days of receipt.

  • Safety Audits: Fees are non-refundable once the audit is scheduled or complete.
    Cancellation policies vary by service and will be applied as per agreement.

 

6. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or servicing.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, remains the property of Sports Care Pro Ltd and is protected by copyright. Replication or distribution without permission is prohibited.

 

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is gathered, used, and protected.

11. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

For clients who engage Sports Care Pro Ltd through ongoing service arrangements or annual care packages, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) may be provided. These agreements outline the scope of services, inspection and repair timeframes, performance standards, reporting expectations, and client responsibilities. SLAs help ensure consistent service delivery, clear communication, and agreed service timelines.

SLAs are customised based on the facility’s size, type of equipment, and specific needs. Where applicable, they form part of the client’s service agreement and are subject to the terms outlined herein.
